Will it work in extreme cold?
Yes — rated to -20°C. The display may respond slightly slower in very cold temperatures, which is normal for LCD screens. Store the monitor inside your jacket or shanty bag when not actively watching to keep the battery warm.
What size hole does it fit through?
The camera head fits through any standard 6-inch (150mm) or larger ice hole. Works with 8-inch holes too — the wider the hole, the more side-angle coverage you get from the camera.
Does it record?
The monitor shows live video only. To capture footage, point your phone at the screen.
