Free delivery on every order — no minimum, no exceptions. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your gear ships.

Free Delivery on All Orders

Every Fathom order ships free, regardless of order size or destination within the United States. No codes needed — it's always included.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays) after payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery estimates are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Delivery times may be longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, major sale events).

Order Tracking

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number. You can also track your order at any time on our Track My Order page.

Please allow up to 48–72 hours after receiving your tracking number for it to activate in the carrier's system.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers to reach you faster. You'll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment — at no additional cost.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and are due upon delivery. Fathom has no control over these charges.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days or your package hasn't arrived within 30 days of your estimated delivery date, please contact us. We'll investigate and either reship your order or issue a full refund.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We begin processing orders quickly and cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping fees may apply.
