Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your Fathom order, we'll make it right — no runaround, no fine print.

30-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:

In original, unused condition
In original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)

Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Contact our team to initiate your return:

Please include your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a shipping label where applicable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or model? We're happy to exchange your item. Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like instead — we'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — at no cost to you, no return required for damaged items.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
Opened fishing line, bait, or perishable consumables
Downloadable digital products
Items returned after 30 days from delivery

Return Shipping

For standard returns (change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent items, we cover return shipping in full.
